Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management by following site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization, issue/collect visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns, notify pertinent personnel, and document actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Support a professional, welcoming environment by assisting with inquiries and reporting issues to management.
