Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Symmes Twp, OH. This flexible, dependable role offers reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Pay rate is $17.43 per hour with a fixed anchor shift and the option to claim extra shifts via our scheduling platform. This position provides part-time hours up to 40 per week and clear responsibilities for

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the building, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor credentials, and document activities and patrols.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders to maintain a safe environment.
