Qualifications

A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
A background check will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, students, staff, visitors, and researchers while following security procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and visitor activity and report irregularities.
Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
Prepare clear activity and incident reports for leadership and site contacts.
