Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation will be conducted according to federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and emergency response activities.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and authorized items entering designated areas; report prohibited or suspicious items or activities.
• Verify identification and access credentials before permitting entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
