Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services in North America, invites applications for a Security Officer Part-Time Flex Guard in Phoenix, AZ. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, enhancing experience across multiple sites.

The position provides part-time hours with potential to grow toward a full-time schedule up to 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen as permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors at the site.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, documented reporting.
• Conduct regular unaimed patrols of healthcare facility areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report any anomalies.
• Document observations and activities in site procedures.
