Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior, parking, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity per site policies.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports and communicate with leadership.
