Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting safety issues, patrolling, coordinating with client staff and guests, and using security tech. Requirements: 18+, HS diploma, good computer skills, professional demeanor, ability to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience.
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background check.
• Ability to drive and operate basic technology devices on shift.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation during interactions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazards, or suspicious activity.
• Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks similar in scope as required for the site.
