Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a Flex Officer - Part Time to help maintain a safe environment at client sites in the Bismarck region. You will monitor access, patrol varied locations, and enforce site rules for personnel and visitors.

The role emphasizes customer service, vigilance, and the ability to work independently. Candidates should have at least 1 year in security or a related field, be able to drive, and stay calm in stressful situations.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Calm and professional under stress.
• Attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor and rapid escalation abilities.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Driving required.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks of similar nature for assigned site.
