Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. seeks a Flex Officer - Part Time in Fargo, ND, offering a flexible schedule and pay of $23.50 per hour. Training and uniforms are provided to support performance.

The role includes security duties, client and guest interactions, and routine reporting. You will de-escalate conflicts, follow post orders, and maintain professional conduct during shifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience required.
• Must be able to work independently and stay calm in stressful situations.
• Must participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
