Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Flex Officer - Part Time in Jamestown, ND (South Region). This role focuses on monitoring premises, managing access control, and patrolling multiple locations to maintain a secure environment.

Candidates must be 18+, hold a HS diploma or GED, and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork. Ability to work independently, driving, and pre-employment screening are required. Wage is $23.50/hr with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driving required.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
