Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Lobby Greeter in Atlanta, GA. The role offers fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to boost earnings, and it supports a pathway toward a full-time schedule.

As a part-time position, the role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and site‑specific procedures, with a base pay of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Must be 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors per site procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, issue passes, maintain records.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Monitor security systems (cameras, alarms, communications) and report issues.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and deter unauthorized access.
