Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced for the Oxford, OH area. This part-time role offers fixed anchors and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings while providing reliable hours.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour with a schedule that includes DayTime shifts. The position emphasizes customer service, routine patrols, and adherence to site policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Background histories considered in line with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, perimeters, parking areas, and other locations.
• Monitor access points and report unusual conditions to site management and leadership.
• Complete accurate activity reports and communicate security-related information to management.
