Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced for the 2nd shift in Oxford, OH. This part-time role offers fixed shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, helping you earn more while gaining hands-on security experience.

Pay is $18.00 per hour. Responsibilities include customer service to tenants and visitors, monitoring access points, responding to incidents, and completing incident reports.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity in common areas, perimeters, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and vendor activity, reporting unusual conditions to site management.
