Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Atlanta, GA. You will patrol logistics and distribution locations, deter unauthorized activity, and provide exceptional customer service as part of a welcoming team.

The role offers a flexible, part-time schedule (Tue/Wed/Thu 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and opportunities to learn and grow within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation required in accordance with laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as per laws.
Drug screen required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or unusual conditions.
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with site-specific reporting procedures.
