Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol in Marrero, LA. This role offers reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

Responsibilities include customer service to clients and store staff, performing fixed anchor shifts, patrolling premises, responding calmly to incidents, monitoring access, and documenting observations per site requirements.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following site procedures.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry and theft.
• Document patrols and observations accurately per site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates while carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site‑specific escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft‑related activity, and policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security‑related observations accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
