Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, shipping/receiving areas, parking areas and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Prepare clear reports and maintain records related to access control and security concerns.
