Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer/tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report appropriately.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas and perimeter zones.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor records, and report suspicions or maintenance needs.
• Complete accurate activity and incident reports while maintaining professionalism across different areas.
