Job summary

Allied Universal® in Camden, NJ seeks a Part-Time Security Officer for Secure Entry Operations at a manufacturing/industrial site. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and respond to alarms while providing professional, customer-focused service.

This role offers flexible day/evening shifts, a $16.00/hour pay rate, and opportunities to grow through training and our shift-claim platform. A high school diploma and security experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• License or licensing requirements depend on state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers at a manufacturing location.
• Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras; report issues according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, production areas, and perimeter.
