Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Flex Security Officer for a Financial institution located in Pennington, NJ. The position runs Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a starting salary of $19.60 per hour.

The role requires at least 3 years of combined security experience, a valid Guard License, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. This is a front-line, customer-facing security position at a private facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to obtain a valid Guard License and maintain active status.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Maintain proficiency with all protective equipment and weapons as needed.
• Report safety concerns and breaches verbally and in writing.
• Preserve order and enforce site regulations for personnel and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarms; report concerns in writing.
• Follow site operations manuals and post orders.
• Meet licensing requirements for armed security per state laws.
• Build and maintain relationships with client staff and guests.
• Greet and assist guests and employees professionally.
• Patrol the facility on foot or by vehicle.
• Cover multiple clients or locations as needed.
