Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an entry level Security professional for a flex MSO, part-time role in Albuquerque, NM. The position covers Sun 14:00–22:30 and Mon 18:00–00:00 shifts, with duties including access control, patrolling, and enforcing client site rules while delivering courteous service.

Qualified applicants are 18+ with a HS diploma or GED and solid computer skills. Prior security or military experience is a plus; we offer benefits, paid training, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have a valid NM Driver's License.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
