Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking an Entry Level Security professional for a flex MSO part-time position in Albuquerque, NM. The role includes monitoring premises, access control, and patrolling client sites while upholding safety and client directives.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting safety issues, and providing information to staff and guests. Requires 18+, a HS diploma or GED, and basic computer skills. Pre-employment screening applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have a valid NM Driver's License.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Open availability preferred.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
