Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by policy.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly per emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately per site requirements.
