Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted as required by law.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities as required by site procedures.
• Assist with access control and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
