Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Security Officer Patrol Driver in Perris, CA. This role involves unarmed patrols at a logistics and distribution site, monitoring access points, and delivering professional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and maintaining clear communication with site personnel and leadership. A valid driver’s license and at least one year of security experience are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic, verify authorized entry as directed by site policies, and document observations, incidents, and irregularities.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, drivers, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related matters and shift activity.
