Pay rate is $17.93 per hour, with weekend shift on Saturdays. The position emphasizes reliable hours at an assigned site, with qualifications including security experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Two years of security-related experience.
Valid driver's license required.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience preferred.
Age 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted.
Licensing requirements may apply.
Driver license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures.
Respond to incidents and access concerns calmly, coordinating with emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking and perimeter areas.
Monitor access points and document incidents and patrols in line with site procedures.
Assist with maintaining an orderly environment and support client needs at the location.
