You will verify credentials, issue badges, monitor access, respond to incidents, and maintain logs. The position offers flexible weekend availability and opportunities within a nationwide security

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidates may undergo background checks and a drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at a government facility following access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify IDs, manage visitor access, and log records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and facility perimeters.
• Enforce visitor-management procedures and report policy violations to site leadership.
