Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience required.
• College degree required.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors for authorized access.
• Operate and monitor screening equipment and access-control systems; document activity and report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas and entry points.
