Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A college degree is required.
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access requirements.
• Screen personnel, visitors, and deliveries entering the facility according to access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, screening equipment, and visitor activity; report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
