Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required by policy.
• 18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors and contractors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, common areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry points and report unauthorized access.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports.
