Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients while following site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and security concerns.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor access points.
• Gather and communicate important information to leadership.
• Meet minimum requirements including age and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery personnel in accordance with established site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
