Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and carry out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/employee authorization; document visitors and incidents.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises to identify unusual conditions.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment and communicate clearly with staff and visitors.
