Qualifications

• Six months security experience or more preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort using computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and clients at a financial services office per site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials; maintain logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, parking facilities, and perimeter.
• Report observations, hazards, and unusual activity to site contacts and leadership.
