Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused site by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas, parking, access points, and perimeter to identify and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry, assist with visitor management and delivery coordination.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document observations and notify site contacts.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate information to Allied Universal leadership and site stakeholders.
