Qualifications

A valid driver's license is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain access records.
Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
Conduct regular patrols of entrances, gates, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
Document daily activities and incidents in accordance with procedures.
