Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and delivery personnel while following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and control entry/exit per site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access areas, docks, parking, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and log daily post operations.
