Qualifications

• Background check required under federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers and employees according to procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and issuing badges.
• Observe entry points and report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate with leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of premises to deter unauthorized activity.
