Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen may be required as per policy.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior spaces and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify credentials, directing individuals to appropriate locations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner and document actions taken.
Complete activity and incident reports and share relevant information with leadership and site contacts.
