Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Patrol Incident Officer in Jacksonville, FL. You will monitor and safeguard facilities, perform unarmed patrols, verify access credentials, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service to staff and visitors.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling on a part-time basis with a focus on safety, communication, and teamwork within a reliable security team.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to assigned locations, verify credentials as directed, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
