Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services is hiring a Security Flex Officer for a Warehouse in Uxbridge, MA. This part-time role features flexible weekend shifts (Sat & Sun, 7:00 a.m.

– 3:00 p.m.) with weekly pay and an orientation program to get you started. As a Security Professional Flex Officer, you will patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle, monitor entrances, and respond to emergencies while providing courteous service to clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Reliable and adaptable to different post assignments.
• Able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to interact cordially with the public.
• Effective written and oral communication; active listening and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
