Job summary

Allied Universal Security Services is seeking a Security Flex Officer at a Warehouse in Westborough, MA. This Part Time Flex Hours Monday - Friday Including Weekends, with a starting rate of $20.44 per hour and paid orientation.

You will use our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, gaining diverse site experience across industries while contributing to client safety. The role may require irregular shifts with little advance notice, and prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21 if armed where required by state law.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper client requirements.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written post reports.
