Pay rate is $22.62 per hour, with a schedule that includes daytime Saturday shifts and a six-month anchor commitment at a designated site. The role emphasizes customer service, patrols, access control, and incident response at a financial institution.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report suspicious conditions.
• Complete daily activity reports and handoff communications per site requirements.
