Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Prior security or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and hazards, reporting observations through site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally and request assistance when needed.
• Deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through visible presence and interaction.
