Job summary

Allied Universal in Donna, TX is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Driver Emergency Aid Patrol to serve a retail location. You will conduct regular armed patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, respond to situations with professionalism, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset is important for interactions with customers, employees and visitors.
• Allied Universal requirements include the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and the use of a computer or tablet when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a retail grocery location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the store, parking areas, loading zones, and surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, receiving areas, and other designated locations; document observations, incidents, and interactions in accordance with site procedures.
• Carry assigned equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, training, and Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
