Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and report per protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and report irregularities.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per site procedures.
