Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests and team members by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the venue, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with crowd management during peak times and events.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate them to site leadership.
