Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening may apply as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property and parking areas to identify hazards and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other events following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors and reporting unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports per site requirements.
