Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, associates and visitors; follow site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and professionally; address concerns as they arise.
• Carry out regular unarmed patrols of the retail location including sales areas and entrances.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to site personnel; document incidents and daily activities.
• Assist with access control, visitor interactions and daily incident reporting.
