Qualifications

• Provide user-focused security services and assist patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain accurate incident and site reports.
• Demonstrate clear communication and professional demeanor on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow site protocols.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, hazards, policy concerns, and maintenance issues to designated personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with healthcare staff, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.
