Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver Patrol in Huntington Beach, CA. The role involves unarmed security patrols, access control, and strong customer service at a commercial real estate location.

The position offers a Saturday-Sunday schedule with a day shift, and a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Applicants must be 18+ and meet license requirements; background checks and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; report unauthorized access attempts and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and activity logs documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and communications with property management and Allied Universal leadership.
