Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and escalate matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unusual conditions.
• Document incidents and daily activities according to procedures.
